My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious, although a bit too close to the expressway, yet they were always clean and lovely. The service provided was exceptional, with the staff being wonderful and very patient, despite a minor issue with my room key. The location was very convenient, although a bit challenging to find initially. The dining experience was very good, especially at the Hyatt Place on-site. The facilities were well-maintained, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I was really pleased with my stay at this hotel. The room was great; the shower was amazing, everything felt up to date, and it was spacious and clean with everything we needed. The service did have some technical difficulties which were promptly addressed, and although there were some issues with being charged by mistake, it didn't overshadow the overall experience.
